Booking & payment
The date, time, location and project details are agreed directly with Kate in Instagram Direct. Payment alone does not select or reserve a calendar slot. Full payment is required for the agreed service. Production is quoted individually.
Prices & additional costs
Prices are in USD before applicable tax. Applicable tax and the final total are shown in Stripe before payment. Booking payment covers the selected package or dance shooting time. Additional services and dance video editing are agreed and paid separately after the shoot. Advanced editing is $75 per video; the $50 road fee is charged once per shoot if travel to the location exceeds 45 minutes one way. Studios, paid locations, parking, permits and other third-party expenses are separate.
Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds
Contact Kate in Instagram Direct at least 24 hours before the agreed shoot to cancel for a refund or reschedule without losing your payment. At exactly 24 hours, this policy applies. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full payment is retained for cancellation, rescheduling or a refund request. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice requires a new payment.
Delivery
Final photos and videos are delivered within 14 days after the shoot. Purchased rush delivery reduces this to 3–5 days.
Acceptance
Before paying, review the selected package, additional services and shoot terms. By checking the agreement box and completing payment, you accept these terms.
